What Awaits You?

As a Junior Process Engineer at Outokumpu, you'll dive into a world of exciting challenges and opportunities:

  • Collaboration and Growth: Work with universities, institutes, and customers, developing new technical knowledge and future technologies.
  • Global Exposure: Represent Outokumpu in various internal and external assignments, including supplier and customer visits.

What to bring

  • A Master's degree in a field of metallurgy, material & industrial economic or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in metallurgy, particularly in casting and rolling of stainless steel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A knack for teamwork, time management, and risk management.
  • The ability to present and communicate information effectively to diverse audiences.
