At Product Quality Improvements within Quality we have an end to end responsibility for actions to meet Volvo Cars customer satisfaction ambitions. We act by reacting on insights and data from todays cars, secure actions for todays cars as well as coming products. Right now we are looking for a Early Warning Leader to strengthen our response to signals from our customer and cars. In this role is to on an over all level monitor and analyze customer and vehicle data to secure quick action on customer inconveniences. This involves gathering information from various sources, including Social Media, CoDev, Customer Care, surveys, media, DIM messages, and others. You transform your findings into actionable insights for the respective organization. In this role You monitor and analyze market indicators daily through active collaboration with the customer insights team, quality data team, social media, among other sources. You actively search for new sources and develop how to use data to create insight continuously. You track various sources for insights and compile this information into comprehensive packages to provide to the organization. By working closely with your program management colleagues in the current product flow you address your findings, and they ensure that problem-solving initiatives are launched within the CMQ arena. For this role to be a fit for you, your heart is within customer satisfaction and quality, you are self-driven with high integrity and courage. You are an upcoming leader that drives result and see roadblocks as a natural part of moving forward. For you to fit this role we see that you have experience from working within the automotive industry, preferably with customer input or quality. We see that you are used to work in an international environment, having interactions around the world. You are data driven, analytic but also business oriented. You understand the power of data and the possibilities in using it in the right way. You are a driver, both development of our way of doing things as well as insights forward. For this role it is a requirement to be fluent in English and Chinese is seen as a merit.
