What you will do As a Customer Success Manager at Brite, the majority of your time will be spent with a portfolio of our existing merchants to understand their current and changing business needs, identify new opportunities for cooperation, and strengthening relationships to expand and upsell the Brite portfolio. Your focus will be the igaming vertical, taking care of some of our strategic merchants explaining the benefits of using Brite’s payment solutions in different markets and user cases. You responsibilities will include:
  • Pitch the Brite product portfolio, negotiate agreements for new markets and/or brands, and manage contract renewals to ensure business relationship continuity
  • Update our CRM tool with the latest relevant customer information, contacts and opportunities to ensure internal stakeholders have customer visibility. Use our CRM as the central repository for all customer information & reporting
  • Regularly report & forecast on opportunities
  • Proactively identify, plan and execute customer growth enablers
  • Actively contribute to building a forward-looking growth plan for each merchant within your account portfolio
  • Develop merchant business- and marketing plans to drive mutual growth and optimize consumer experience
  • Deliver exceptional service to your merchants, representing the challenger spirit of Brite through a high integrity, high availability approach towards all partners and customers alike
  • Work closely with our Product and Operations team to maximize merchant and consumer satisfaction.

You're adept at navigating partner needs and bringing clarity to complex situations. With strong communication skills, you convey critical feedback and drive our agile response strategy. Thriving in a fast-paced international environment, you excel in guiding complex discussions across all organizational levels. The idea candidate will have:
  • Minimum of 2 years Account Management/Customer Success Management experience in gaming
  • Commercial experience in managing contract renewals and pricing negotiations
  • Experience working with CRM tool
  • Proficiency in English
Preferred skills:
  • Experience in working in e-commerce or payments.
