• Develop, implement, and manage health, safety, and environmental programs and policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Conduct regular training sessions for employees on health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near-misses, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory agencies.
• Implement emergency response plans and lead emergency drills.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and best practices.
• Leading roll in the project supposed to deliver project HSE plan (BAS P) and maintaining and executing it at site (BAS U).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
