Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and drive product strategy.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Act as the product evangelist, communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap internally and externally.

• Prioritize development efforts and opportunities into a deliverable portfolio of software products and features.

What You Bring:

• Industrial Automation Experience: Proven experience in the industrial automation domain.
• Technical Expertise: Understanding of industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP and OPC UA.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management within industrial automation.
• Business Acumen: Strong focus on business and entrepreneurship, with examples of high-level market analysis and strategic planning.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Experience in addressing customer needs and enhancing user experience.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Legal and Commercial Insight: Good understanding of legal contracts and commercial agreements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with systems and products that include both hardware and application software.
• Experience with services based on sensor data and decision support.
• Familiarity with condition monitoring.
• Knowledge of AI applications in industrial automation.
• Experience with IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things).
