Your key responsibilities  •    Leading global team driving advanced manufacturing process innovation •    Spearheading transformation in manufacturing towards Smart Manufacturing •    Pursuing operational excellence in an increasingly technology-intense manufacturing arena •    Enabling effective people transformation with different skills and competences •    Being the overall system owner for Improvement & Innovation •    Enabling E2E-deployment of advanced manufacturing initiatives and best practices •    Build and manage robust governance of intake and implementation process •    Provide strategic direction to achieve manufacturing mission and blueprint •    Communicate the organisations mission, vision and values, and its strategy for achieving these.  •    Set and communicate the strategy and broad action plan for delivering upon it.  •    Manage key relationships with strategic partners.  •    Inspire a diverse (global) workforce to feel committed and to doing extraordinary things to achieve the organization's business goals. What you will bring:  •    Strong leadership with vast experiences in manufacturing               - Experience leading global team from different regions               - Broad international exposures in various industries               - Diverse experiences in manufacturing operations, project management and supply chain •    Possess strong vision, ability to set strategy, provide clear directive and lead for effective implementation  •    Proven track record in leading organizational transformation •    Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command in English •    Preferably competent in the arena of digitalization and Lean & Six Sigma •    Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate at executive leadership level  •    A people leader with a genuine interest in leading and developing a team •    Open mindset, innovative and think out-of-box that continuous challenge the status quo •    Master’s degree in business or relevant area
