Your role Saab Dynamics has currently a representative on site in Überlingen in the role as Liason Officer with focus on our joint development efforts within mainly the RBS15 programme. The work is done in a team context and the main focus of this role is to continue to build trust and transparency, maintain and develop our long relationship between our organisations in order to strengthen and enhance conditions for our mutual delivery focus. You will work with experienced professionals in an environment that depends on the necessity of close cooperation between several roles, functions and partners. Primary point of contacts in both organizations are the Program Manager / Contract Responsible, Project Manager and several other opertional roles and functions for each obligation but as your network grows your interfaces will increase. Your profile We put great emphasis in trust, transparency and collaboration and have a strong belief that a sound culture is the foundation in creating high performing teams. We therefore belive that you have excellent networking and communication skills and have an ability to take initiative, communicate expectations, conditions and requirements to all parties involved. To succeed in this role we belive you; * You have a university or college degree. * You have a well developed project management skills spiced with commercial / business experiences, preferably in an international context. * You have an interest for the technical dimension is required since ability to understand technical scope and challenges is an important part of the job. * Are a confident communicator in English, both verbally and in writing. It is a merit to have skills in the German language as well. * Relevant international experience from defence industry in similar role and/or experience of the products in Business Unit Missile Systems portfolio is also a strength. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
