Global Aftermarket Operations at Husqvarna Group

Global Aftermarket Operations oversees the end-to-end supply chain of parts and accessories, from our suppliers to our distributors, dealers, and end-customers. Our team includes dedicated functions for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Warehouse & Distribution. We are now expanding by adding a new function for Order Management & Analytics

Areas of responsibility

In the role of Aftermarket Order Management, you will secure efficient order management for aftermarket business.

You will develop and manage the process for Order Book Management, handle the Red-Alert order process, and manage transfer orders. Define requirements for aftermarket order systems and drive changes.

Additionally, you will work on understanding and defining customer value for the aftermarket, including differentiation. You will create a process for gathering market requirements and establish a structure for effective communication internally. Collaborating with the Warehouse & Distribution function, you will convert customer needs into reasonable cut-off times and transportation services. As the overall responsible person for end-to-end KPIs in the aftermarket area, you will drive improvements together with relevant stakeholders.

Your background

To be successful in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and hold a Master’s degree in supply chain or a related area.

You also have:

• Documented project management skills.
• Experience of previously working in a larger global organization.
• You are fluent in English. If you speak and write in Swedish, that is considered a plus.
