As we continue our automation journey, we’re seeking a talented and experienced Lead Automation Developer to join our Intelligent Process Automation team. Your mission

In this position, you provide technical guidance, mentorship and support for our automation developers to create value and efficiency through automation. You’re accountable for overseeing the design and delivery of automated processes while making sure that we develop automations for the business successfully and safely.

Other responsibilities included in your job:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
  • Optimize existing automation processes for improved performance and scalability.
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Give technical expertise and support to resolve complex automation issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and the UiPath platform.
  • Make sure delivery of automated solutions are in line with security guidelines.
  • When required, design and develop automated solutions for medium to high complex business processes.

The location for this job is either Sandviken or Stockholm and we apply a hybrid work set-up where you can combine office and remote work. Some travel may occur.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field. You have proven experience as an automation developer, preferably with a focus on the UiPath platform, and a strong knowledge of Robotic Process Automation concepts and best practices. Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective automation solutions in combination with strong problem-solving skills is needed to succeed in this role. As we work in a global organization, you’re fluent in both verbal and written English.
