Therefore, we are further expanding our Team of local operating Application Engineers towards electrification testing and calibration. We as part of Customer Service organization AVL List Nordiska AB takes the role in consulting and supporting our customers when it comes to new methodology for automation, calibration, simulation and data analytics. Your role will consist of developing our technical expertise and network towards E-Drives (Inverter & E-Motor) Battery and Fuel Cell application. Today we are 8 Service Engineers at our sales and service office in Gothenburg. To our Service organization we are looking for a Service Engineer that mainly will work with our automation-, electrification- and simulation systems/products at our customers. You will develop by training and experience into an Application Engineer role. You will work with support, maintenance, calibration, development, and commissioning assignments at customer sites mainly in the Gothenburg region but also in other parts of Sweden and the Nordic Countries. * You need to aim for achieving maximum customer satisfaction.  * Work with several assignments. This requires ability to prioritize, be flexible and work independently.  * The work involves collaboration with customers and colleagues from AVL, teamwork.  * Understand customer’s processes and system/equipment. * University degree in electrical- / control- / computational- / mechanical-engineering or comparable working experience * Good knowledge in Matlab / Simulink * Good knowledge in an object-oriented language (e.g., Python) * Basic knowledge in Control Technology * Prior knowledge of Testbed Automation Software such as AVL PUMA/LYNX or similar is advantageous * Service minded  * Good social and communication skills  * English, both verbally and in writing. * Swedish is mandatory to know or learn. German is an advantage.  * The service will involve travel mainly in the Nordic countries, but also to other countries as we are a part of AVL Europe * Driver’s license "B"
