About the job
Are you a driven administrator who enjoys having a lot of balls in the air? Do you also have experience working with bookkeeping and payroll? Then this role as an administrator could be perfect for you!
Your work assignments:
In this role, you work with handling specific administrative tasks, such as ongoing reports but also occurring and assigned administrative tasks. Other tasks that may occur in the position are:
Manage administrative procedures:
Plan and coordinate
Work according to established routines
Be an operational support for the business
Form letters, protocols, documentation, etc
Manage recurring work tasks, such as copying, sorting and mail handling
Manage many contacts with employees and the public
Make simpler calculations, summaries and charts
Make calendar bookings, meeting bookings
Carry out travel planning
Make your own decisions based on already known action options
Project planning and follow-up of projects
Write minutes and other documents according to instructions on content
Your qualifications:
Passed high school diploma
Relevant post-secondary education in administration
relevant work experience
At least 3 years of work experience as an administrator/assistant
3-5 years of experience with administration of tasks such as statistical reporting, minutes, conference booking, reports, routine descriptions, writing and publishing information material on local intranet, general administrative tasks etc.
Experience of various selection processes in recruitment
Very good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Able to communicate freely in English, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious:
Able to communicate in swedish
Broad experience and knowledge in various administrative tasks
You should be flexible to take on different tasks and give suggestions for improvement
Experience working with document management systems
Previous experience of working in the HR department.
