The ideal candidate will be responsible for being the change agent, developing and implementing change management strategies and plans for Agile and DevOps projects, as well as other initiatives. This role involves promoting Agile and DevOps practices and principles, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, and participating in the process and initiatives, resolving any bottlenecks that may arise. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, create, and maintain documentation related to change management processes, and conduct reviews and risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies. Responsibilities As a Change Management Specialist, you will have to influence the establishment, communicate, and educate stakeholders about upcoming changes, explaining the rationale, benefits, and potential impacts. You will monitor and track the progress of changes, ensuring they are completed within agreed timelines and meet quality standards. Furthermore, you will continuously improve change management processes and procedures based on lessons learned and industry best practices. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with change and project management experience and a passion for both people and technology. You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with experience in change management, preferably in an Agile or DevOps environment. An understanding of Agile principles, frameworks and DevOps practices is important. Exposure to software development and DevOps tools is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Swedish is a plus.   You possess an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to assess the impact of changes and develop appropriate strategies in Agile/DevOps environments. Project management and organizational skills, for effectively planning, coordinating, and tracking changes. Exposure to complex systems development and delivery in both smaller and larger organizations will be advantageous. Certification in Change management, Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) and/or DevOps (e.g., DevOps Foundation) is a plus.
