About the role
As a Bid Manager at Ework Group you coordinate and manage the entire bid process, including analyzing requirements, developing proposals, and ensuring timely submissions. A bid process usually entails close collaborations with different specialist functions within the organization, commitment to bid strategies and ensuring that it is aligned with our business objectives, and to be consultative and communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Additionally, you conduct risk assessments and contribute to post-bid evaluations to enhance future bidding strategies. Being curious and proactively seeking new input and insight to further enhance our solutions and services.
