The role In the role as System & Support Administrator you’ll support the organization with technical support. You will handle different IT-related issues that will come from your your colleagues all around the organization. The cases can come through the ticket system or from other communication channels such as teams, email or someone coming up to you at the office. You will be a part of a team at the Headquarters in Malmö who help and support each other but you are expected to work independently and take ownership of your cases from start to finish. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Help and support the users with different technical issues both hardware and software related, mainly Windows related applications • Install new hardware • Work preventively with recurrent issues and develop your way of working. Who are you? For this role you need to be very communicative and provide excellent service to your colleagues. You are detailed oriented, curious and a fast learner. You take great responsibility for your cases and you like to dig into different problems and solve them. • A number of years competence and experience from previous position in IT support, helping users both onsite and via remote controlling tools • Good communicator and service minded • Flexible and a fast learner in a complex IT landscape • Active Directory user administration • User administration in various cloud based systems • Good Windows and MS Office administrative skills • Some hardware knowledge • Ideally Apple MacOS knowledge, but not a firm requirement We are looking for you who have a couple of years of experience of similar working tasks. You are used to working with computers and systems, especially Active Directory and Office. As a person you have a big interest in IT generally and have a basic understanding of both hardware and software installation. We are a global company and have English as our corporate language and fluent English is a requirement. If you also speak Swedish, it is advantageous but not a requirement. Why Duni Group?
