CTEK offers products ranging from 12V & 24V battery chargers to charging solutions for electrical vehicles. Products are sold via a carefully selected network of global distributors and retailers, as original equipment, supplied to more than 50 of the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers and through charge point operators, property owners as well as other organizations and individuals providing EV charging infrastructure.

We are currently seeking a System Architect to join our development department based in either Norrköping or Vikmanshyttan. This department comprises multiple functional teams specializing in hardware/electronics, embedded software, and IoT, including backend and app development.

What you do

• Collaborate with our system team to define the system architecture and interface requirements between design elements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products' cybersecurity.
• Engage with various stakeholders within the organization to understand and interpret multiple levels of requirements.
• Stay informed about market trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in battery charging, and effectively communicate this knowledge across the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to the development teams.

Your skills

We want you to be well experienced in system engineering, agile methods, and processes. You easily manage requirement analysis, and you have experience of embedded systems. You have a master’s degree in electronics, software or similar. Fluent in Swedish and English is mandatory.
