Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master Electrical Machine to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Lead the scrum team in the development of electric machine technologies for e-mobility.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the team in adhering to Scania’s product development process and standards.

What You Bring:

• MSc in engineering or related field.
• Previous experience as a project leader at Scania.
• Strong management experience, particularly in a technical environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Scania’s product development process.
• Experience as a development engineer, particularly in electric machine development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
