What You Will Work On:

• Work closely with site management to oversee and support project execution during the construction phase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and adhere to established timelines.
• Provide guidance and support to site teams to address any challenges and ensure efficient project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Implement best practices in site management to optimize project performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What You Bring:

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in site management, preferably within the mining or steel industry.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week during the construction phase.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges and drive project success.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to site management.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
