ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role youwill be responsible for protecting the company's sensitive information and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, andavailability of their systems and data. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization against cyber threats and attacks. Youwill report directly to the CSO.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement cyber security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in their systems.
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain security tools and software, such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of our technology infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats, trends, and technologies, and make recommendations for improving theirsecurity posture.
• Manage and work closely with their MDR-solutions.

WHO ARE YOU?

To be successful in this role we believe that you have:

• Minimum 5 years experienceworking in cyber security, with a strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirussoftware, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP)
• Fluency in English

It is also beneficial if you are familiar with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001.

• Analytical and a problem solver,with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
