And we would like you to fill these requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in automotive product development. • Experience in power electronics development, specifically in the area of electric motor drives and inverter. • Experience/knowledge of automotive standards, EMC, Functional Safety, simulation in MATLAB/PLECS or similar tools, DimRM, process tools • Experience from working with supplier • Experience from working with agile development principles • Ambitious to work with Advance Engineering projects • Ambitious to collaborate with people in developing technical tasks In this role, you will work closely with suppliers and technology partners, contributing to development efforts and providing technical insights in product development projects and advanced engineering. You will play a strategic role in technology planning, evaluate technical solutions, and prepare necessary documentation. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing test plans and schedules, supporting junior engineers in your technical area, and collaborating with external technology networks and academic partners. Additionally, you will engage in cross-functional work with both internal and external suppliers, leveraging your highly respected personality to ensure successful collaboration.
