Through advanced automated tools with real-time data as well as high accuracy in predictive analytics, we steer and support performance.

Your responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to lead and drive multiple and complex projects within one or several areas. In this job, you plan and organize the assignment, manage dependencies, and develop and execute processes. You manage time, cost, scope, risk, communication, people consequences, quality, and change. You support different development initiatives in the Business Steering function and enable your own and cross-functional team members to reach functional goals. You ensure customer satisfaction by being the link between customers, function, and IKEA.
Your key responsibilities will be as below:
In this role, you belong to Group Business Steering and will report to Business Steering Business Development Manager. Your location of work will be Malmö, Hubhult office.

The purpose of our function is to create enhanced value for our customers, people, planet and company in the IKEA Retail business, the core business of Ingka. Steer and secure profitable long-term growth in the omnichannel context, by enabling better business decisions, securing effectiveness and efficiency and leading in accordance with financial and business strategies. This includes securing (financial) business performance, and a safe and secure environment in compliance with laws, policies, standards and processes.
