About the role
Automation Platform is a Product Development department in FlexLink responsible for mechatronic solutions within industrial automation. The R&D Team Lead - AFS is the people manager for the team of Advanced Flow Solutions, as well as a technical leader for the mechatronic solutions developed by this multidisciplinary engineering team. This role is responsible for the team resources, including recruitment and development of the team members and the adoption and maintenance of tools and processes to fit the team needs.
