Are you a Business Expert with a knack for organizing deliveries and improving from the status quo? Join the Product and Move unit as a Business Expert in SAP Customer Order to Cash, nestled within the heart of the H&M eCommerce.

About the team – SAP Customer Order to Cash

SAP Customer Order to Cash is an enabling team and is an important stakeholder within the E-commerce and IT landscape for the H&M Group. The mission is to seamlessly integrate legally compliant sales data into SAP ECC, ensuring efficient payment processes, and delivering end-to-end accounting and controlling solutions. Operating with high volume, speed, and quality, we take responsibility from available stock to customer, supporting Omni capabilities across store and online channels. Whether through our channels or external partners, we specialize in business-to-consumer, managing online invoices and serving as a reliable source of sales data for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Expert, you will be instrumental in ensuring the product brings value to the business and you will work closely with product managers, engineers, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders throughout H&M. You will also drive and take the lead in the ceremonies as scrum master and be an important engine for improvement work. Since the team is very large one part of the responsibility will be as scrum master for one of the teams. You will enable the product team to become more agile, improve current practices, and strive to become better each day.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Work actively with prioritizing deliverables together with the Product Manager and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Work with stakeholders to assist in the delivery of projects but also negotiate the team’s capacity of work.
  • Identifying product improvement
  • Proactively improve and question Ways of Working to be able to maximize customer and business value.
  • Develop the Agile Way of Working for the team.
  • Remove obstacles and empower the team members to enable efficient delivery.
  • Lead all initiatives that can improve the team’s productivity and skills such as planning sprints, standup meetings, demo meetings, or facilitating workshops.
  • Be a natural point of contact, working to create understanding regarding the product purpose and plan, both within a product and towards other parts of the organization.
  • Working closely and collaborating with other teams within Business tech, with value streams, regions, and other stakeholders throughout the company.


Qualifications

We believe you are an ambitious person, full of drive and optimism. We also believe you are structured and thorough with excellent communication skills and driven to identify new possibilities and improve ways of working.

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • You have a good business understanding of e-commerce and insights into the Supply Chain.
  • Any experience in the e-commerce or retail industry would be preferred.
  • Over 5 years of professional working experience with at least 3 years working in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Agile mindset: Functional knowledge of lean agile development, methodologies, product vision creation, and product roadmap development.
  • Expertise in Scrum using Kanban, Jira, Miro, and other sprint planning tools.
  • Self-leadership with the ability to initiate and motivate others towards a collective goal.
  • Must have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, inspiring collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
  • You can tackle strategy alongside day-to-day execution and have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. You are highly solution-oriented and quickly adapt to changes.
  • You are innovative, curious, and have a willingness to learn.
