We are looking for a Senior BI Architect join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Architecture and Development:
• Oversee architecture, development methods, and data models for the data warehouse.
• Maintain and enhance development manuals and frameworks.
• Make strategic decisions on architectural matters.
• Requirement Analysis and Design:
• Interpret requirements, design, model, and develop Power BI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager to prioritize and plan development and releases.
• Team Management and Communication:
• Manage, plan, and communicate project outcomes to the team.
• Stay updated with new techniques, tools, and methods.
• Collaboration and Training:
• Work with other solution architects within Sussa and regionally.
• Coordinate, support, and train teams on architecture, platform, and release issues.
• Documentation and Frameworks:
• Maintain and further develop development manuals and frameworks.
• Project Management:
• Prioritize and plan development and releases with the project manager.
• Provide deep technical support to the project manager and team.

What You Bring:

• Minimum Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in BI and Data Science.
• Experience as a Front End developer in Power BI.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or banking industries.
• Experience with data warehouse development projects.
• Practical experience in data design and modeling.
• ETL development experience.
• Essential Skills and Experience:
• Several years of experience in data warehouse development and data model design.
• Extensive experience with complex BI solutions.
• Strong background in data warehouse strategy and architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, and cloud services for BI.
• Several years of experience with Python.
• Experience in the production of BI solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft’s BI platform.
• Additional Desirable Skills:
• Experience with data warehouse release management.
• Platform responsibility within data storage.
• Agile development experience.
• Data modeling according to Kimball.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tabular models.
• Understanding of release management.
• Knowledge in information security.
• Skills in C#, Python, and BIML.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
