About the position The Energy Network business is currently in a very strong growth phase which together with a challenging supplier market requires new strategies and development of both existing and new supplier relations. As Procurement Manager Regional Grid you will be responsible for E.ONs regional Supply Chain organization covering the Energy Networks division, with a main focus on Regional Grid business. To your help you will have a team of 9 highly skilled Supply Chain professionals. You will be an active member in the E.ON group wide Supply Chain Leadership community together with Group Managers and Heads of Procurement from E.ONs regional units across Europe. Regionally, you will be reporting to Head of Procurement Nordics E.ON Sverige AB and be a part of both the Procurement Management Team Nordics and Finance Management Team in Energy Networks. The role's responsibilities include: * Manage the regional Energy Network external spend and create value by fully exercising Supply Chain's role as a constructive sparring partner to the business as well as acting as E.ON's regional market interface towards relevant suppliers. * Ensure strategic development and alignment between Supply Chain and Business perspectives & targets for all Supply Chain activities in the Energy Networks division * In collaboration with other functions, develop the sourcing activities seeking new opportunities and open new competitive channels in order to optimize the business * Secure compliance of the regional Supply Chain organization with legal requirements as well as with internal processes & regulations * Safeguard the regional Supply Chain organization as a competent, reliable, and efficient partner to the business. * Promote and facilitate continuous skill development within the team as well as actively contribute to best practice sharing between the different Supply Chain Divisions and Business Areas Who are we hoping for to be our new leader? To be successful in the role we believe that you have several years of leadership experience in general management roles and Supply Chain. You have extensive skills in Supply Chain strategies and analysis methodologies and significant negotiation experience. Furthermore, you have excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to understand the business needs. You are fluent in Swedish and English and you preferably have a university degree in engineering or Economics. We know that we can only drive the energy transition together with our customers.
