Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Asset Management Specialist join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Develop and implement Asset Management strategies in alignment with ISO 55000 standards
• Strengthen capabilities in strategic asset management, focusing on long-term facility development, operational risks, system health, and investment optimization
• Conduct work from a holistic perspective on the entire operation
• Execute focus areas derived from a 2023 maturity analysis against ISO 55000, including asset-related goal breakdown, goal management, risk management, portfolio prioritization, and resource planning
• Integrate asset management initiatives with the business’s transition to a process-oriented management system
• Implement principles and requirements from ISO 55000, with an initial focus on the “Strategy and Planning for Facilities” process

What You Bring:

• University or civil engineering education with a focus on Financial Mathematics and/or Energy Systems, or equivalent knowledge acquired through career experience
• Solid and documented knowledge in strategic asset management
• Experience in implementing requirements and principles from the ISO 55000 series in large organizations
• Expertise in change management and business/process development
• Extensive network of contacts within the asset management field
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Strong personal qualities and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall goals of the organization
