The role is responsible for supporting stakeholders within the group to both plan and deliver

transformation to improve performance, with a focus on delivering exceptional work. Examples of work included within the remit are business process transformation, development of standard business processes, operational performance and quality improvement, culture change, capability building, assessing business readiness, driving business adoption, and providing specialist change management support.

The role will lead, drive, and deliver significant change across the company. The role will be the main contact point for all transformation and change activities, requiring excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to forge relationships, motivate and build synergies.

You should be able act proactively, ensure effective collaboration, lead by example and ensure optimal engagement to achieve goals.
