About us

The Project Office Logistics (OSO) at Scania Logistics is part of the Strategy & Business development organisation (OS). The team consists of experienced project managers and business developers that all have different backgrounds and experiences.

Our mission is to to enable the execution of the strategy within Scania Logistics and the Traton Group Logistics by using strategic portfolio management, project management and business development

About the role

  • manage the work with executing Strategic projects within Scania Logistics and TRATON Logistics
  • manage the development of the Scania Logistics Portfolio and support the development of the TRATON logistics portfolio
  • lead the development of the Product Development process within Scania logistics and represent Scania in the TRATON PDP work
  • run the Cross-Brand Logistics program and be the Traton Logistics program owner
  • communicate to internal and external stakeholders status of ongoing projects and processes
  • mange a group of and dedicated direct reports and a large network of project resources throughout Scania Logistics
  • you will be part of the OS management team and report to the Head of Strategy & Business development

Your profile and qualifications

We believe you have a passion for working with projects and knowledge of the TRATON PDP process but also strong interpersonal- and communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

You work in a structured way to reach set goals, but also dare to challenge the own organisation to secure the execution of the groups projects and developments.

You hold a university degree, probably with focus on project management, engineering or economics and have several years of work experience from similar roles.
