On behalf of GroupM Nexus, are we looking for a progressive and technically skilled Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) expert to take on the role as Senior Creative Developer. You will work with a specialized team of Creative Technologists to innovate and set new precedents in digital advertising for world-renowned brands and serve as an advocate for addressable creative internally to agency leaders as well as towards clients and the broader market.
The position
As the Senior Creative Developer your primary responsibility will be to take the lead on the technical aspects of DCO, deliveries and content automation. You will also support on developing the departments’ capabilities, offerings, and team to deliver the most advanced, cross-channel DCO solutions in the Nordics. With Addressable Creative / DCO being one of the strategic cornerstones in modernizing GroupM’s offering, we are looking for a senior profile who thrives in a context characterized by growth and change, as well as enjoys being in the spotlight as a prominent thought leader.
The ambition is to become the industry's leading team in creative technology and automation and you will play a crucial role in the efforts to transition from a display-heavy approach to DCO, to a far more mature capability that delivers DCO solutions in most digital channels with much more focus on social media, video and Addressable TV. As such, the right candidate will be wired to embrace the latest technologies from DCO platforms to other forms of content automation such as digital/media asset management and Generative AI.

Your profile should reflect a dynamic fusion of deep technical expertise, solid professional skills, and engaging personality traits. We are looking for a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of adtech stacks, including DCO platforms, ad servers, and DSPs. You must be a highly skilled front-end developer proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with full-stack capabilities seen as a bonus. Your track record should demonstrate your ability in digital/media asset management solutions, along with an inherent innovative spirit that keeps you at the bleeding edge of industry advancements. As a data explorer, you will have a natural curiosity to leverage data in creative marketing strategies and translate complex results into actionable insights.
Your combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective storytelling cultivates a results-oriented approach. You have a proven ability to forge and nurture trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, extending your influence all the way up to C-level. Hence, your communication skills are second to none; with mastery over presentation tools like PowerPoint, you can convey complex ideas with ease.
