Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior SW Test Leader to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive test strategy and roadmap for timely, safe, and high-quality software deliveries of the program. The scope will include both automated and manual testing, to be anchored with stakeholders.
• Participate in planning of test activities and aligning to project plans together with project managers and other program team members.
• Participate in requirements formulation, from a testing perspective, and test case development.
• Lead the work of test reporting and communicating to others in the organization.

What you will bring:

• Experience in SW test and have had at least one assignment/role as a test lead.
• Experience in developing test strategies for complex software applications.
• Experience in leading others in the testing strategy, planning, and execution.
• Strong experience in project work and working toward product development milestones
• Team player and collaborative personality with excellent communication skills
• Curious & proposing solutions with an openness for continuous learning and adapting to a changing technical landscape
• Skilled at problem solving and having a creative mindset
• Self-directed
• English – effective operational proficiency
• Bachelor or Master of Science degree or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent STEM field
• Pronounced customer focus and inter-division collaboration mindset
• Candidates with previous experience of SW test and one or more assignments done as a test leader will be preferred.
• Hybrid work model, minimum 2 days/week on-site. Start ASAP.
• Being able to speak Swedish is highly valued for this project.
