We are now looking for a

Product Technical Manager - Concrete Surfaces & Floors to Husqvarna Construction

Husqvarna Construction is a world leader in machines and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries.

As a Product Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the technical maintenance of all products within the Concrete Surfaces & Floors group. You will also coordinate and develop the Product Technical team, which consists of 5 people located in Sweden, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands.

As a Product Technical Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Developing, optimizing, and establishing the working methods and processes of the Product Technical Department.

· Collaborating closely with Sales & Service teams to identify technical service needs.

· Supporting service training and addressing technical support issues.

· Overseeing all aspects of product warranty.

· Analyzing and reporting on product quality.

· Keeping relevant stakeholders informed about product quality and proposing cost-effective, achievable solutions and help prioritize actions.

· Working closely with producing factories to monitor technical and product quality issues.

· Supporting and collaborating with other departments within the organization, including Aftermarket, R&D, PMO, Operations, and the Tech Support & Training team.

· Playing an active role in launching new products to the market.

· Participating as a key member in projects and forums to ensure efficient product service and prioritize product improvements based on quality information.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving and solution-oriented skills, with good knowledge in Hydraulic, Electrical, and Mechanical areas. Effective communication in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

If you hold a university degree or have equivalent work experience and a proven track record in people management, we want to hear from you. Experience managing direct reports in different locations will further enhance your candidacy.
