Job Description

As an Online Merchandiser you will focus on maximizing net sales and profitability for your concept – short & long term. Keeping the OMNI experience in mind.

Your main responsibility will be to drive selling in our Online channel, where you will work closely with the E-com Team, visual merchandisers and the assortment buying teams to ensure the best OMNI customer offer for your market and concept. You will be responsible for driving and optimizing net selling and growth through setting clear strategies, commercial focuses and quantified goals. Further on you will take short and long-term actions to increase selling based on relevant sales and customer behavior analysis –always putting our customer at the center.

You will also:

• Drive conversion –constantly look for opportunities to increase conversion rate based on customer behavior and sales follow up to optimize profitable selling on a daily basis
• Share concept strategy and commercial priorities with Sales and Marketing teams, follow-up the final customer offer on site and apply learnings on coming actions
• Analyzing the competitive landscape OMNI, trends and customer needs
• Follow up actions and do commercial reviews to identify key learnings to improve customer offer in-season & for coming seasons. Giving input on customer offer/assortment, buying levels, buying equation and in-season moves
• Drive Stock freshness through identifying how to balance between new and previous seasons through product placement strategies and sale
• Responsible for reduction cost on your concept. Optimize the effect of reductions through sale, activities and price adjustments
• Product presentation/ranking –based on sales analysis manage and review merchandise presentation on site to best suit customer behavior and current trends

• Previous experience from merchandising, assortment controlling or planning (experience within Ecommerce is required for this position)
• Analytical experience and knowledge from analyzing selling data
• Curious mindset and excitement about finding and testing new ways
• Problem solving attitude with the ability to turn plans into actions
• Salesmanship
• Leadership experience/qualities and interest to work in a team with straightforward communication skills
• Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)

Additional Information

Based in Stockholm and you will report to Anna Young Global Omni Head of Merch.
