Your area of responsibility

• Design, develop and revise paint application and paint equipment for new launches and paint shop industrialization,
• Implement paint shop standards and procedures within Plasman worldwide organization base on excellent project management skills,
• Ensure paint development process meet the customer expectations in terms of specification, FTT, CT and process excellence,
• Ensure SOP base on timing,
• Deploy corporate standards and best practices within HQ and plants,
• Define and write specification of paint shop, paint equipment, robotized cells, peripheral equipment and paint jigs,
• Participate in paint line modification by giving technical recommendations and follow up suppliers.
• follow up product development process according to customer requirements.

You bring

• Understanding of expectations detailed through Organization Statements, Standards, Visions, Policies and Procedures (i.e. Mission, Values, Code of Conduct, Operational, Quality, and Environmental Health & Safety) as referenced in Employee Handbooks and communicated through Orientation and/or other training awareness opportunities,
• Additional training requirements may be identified based on plant-specific location (municipality/province/state/country) and/or operational needs that are commensurate with the duties, expectations and responsibilities of the role within the specific plant,
• Ability to perform well in high pressure situations,
• Possess sound financial and business insights,
• Capable of independent travel to, from and within designated region,
• You are self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work with minimal supervision,
• You have communication skills, both written and verbal.
