Your role and responsibilities

Who are we? We are a small group that works with customer service and order management for our Swedish customers who buy control systems.

You will have a central role in the team responsible for the investigation, registration and administration of customer orders as well as other customer requests. You can look forward to a great deal of personal responsibility, but also close collaboration with colleagues in the team, our salespeople and our suppliers and, of course, our customers. We are constantly working on improvements and we have many changes in the organization and in our processes. We work with many different systems, so multitasking is part of the daily work.

  • Respond to incoming cases via email and/or phone
  • Quick handling of issues regarding prices, orders, licenses
  • Be a driving force in improvement work

Qualifications for the role

  • You are a quick learner and good at reading processes
  • You are good at taking your own responsibility
  • You have an eye for detail
  • Be able to handle many cases and requests at the same time
  • Education at least upper secondary level, preferably higher education in e.g. logistics or administration
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Product knowledge control systems are to your advantage
  • SAP & SalesForce knowledge is meritorious but not a requirement
