Your responsibilities in this role will be to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data, analytics, and AI solutions, from data ingestion to advanced analytics and AI model deployment. Support innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data, analytics, and AI. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Your profile We are looking for a person with excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Required skills is: * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. * Proven experience (at least 10 years) in architecting and implementing data, analytics, and AI solutions in an enterprise environment. * Demonstrate understanding of data management principles and frameworks, such as data mesh, to design scalable and flexible data architectures. * Apply best practices for data management, including data cataloging, data integration, metadata management, and data lineage tracking, to enable effective data governance and decision-making. * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Databricks) and big data technologies (e.g., Lakehouse architecture, S3, Spark) is highly desirable. Desired skills are: * Python (pandas, pySpark, DeltaLake) or SQL. * Proficiency with data manipulation * Visualization tools (e.g. Qlik). This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
