We are now seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to fill the osition of BIM Coordinator. This is a critical role for the successful planning, design, and execution of architectural projects.

• Coordinate BIM standards, implementation, and use across different teams and projects.
• Ensure BIM models adhere to established quality and data standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to produce and refine 3D models.
• Conduct regular model reviews to identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts.
• Manage and maintain BIM data to support project delivery and lifecycle management.
• Create and deliver training sessions for team members to enhance BIM skills and knowledge.

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Thorough understanding of BIM standards and protocols such as PAS 1192, ISO 19650.
• Strong experience in model coordination and clash detection.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience with Dynamo scripting and visual programming languages.
• Knowledge of construction processes and workflows.
• Experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360 or Aconex.
• Understanding of GIS systems and their integration with BIM.

• Self-motivated and proactive in learning new technologies and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a BIM Coordinator role or similar.
• Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is an advantage.

Language Requirements: Proficient in English, both oral and written.

Location: This position is 100% onsite and requires your physical presence at our main office.
