Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultancy Project Management and Strategy Executive to join our team in Lund, Sweden. The role demands strong leadership, exceptional interpersonal and technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams across different locations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing projects, increasing brand awareness, and driving business growth. The position is based under the growth strategy team (includes growth strategy implementation, business development, marketing, new product, and service development across GPC and group, its wholly owned subsidiaries, and associated brands). Key Responsibilities

· Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with standards and objectives.

· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic initiatives and projects that align with company goals.

· Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.

· Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

· Reporting: Present project status reports to the growth strategy team, senior management, and external stakeholders.

· Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and industry data to inform strategic decisions.

· Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices in project management and strategy.

· Executive Support: Assist the GM and executive team with various tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

· Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communication, or a related field (mandatory).

· Experience: 2-3 years in project management and strategic planning within a consultancy.

· Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (highly desirable).

· Skills:

o Proven track record in managing complex projects.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Confluence).

o Fluency in Swedish (native level) and English.

o High level of work ethic, professionalism, and transparency.

To be an ideal candidate for this position you need to be a highly proactive organized and strategic professional with a problem-identification and problem-solving mindset. Have a master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communication, or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management and strategic planning within a consultancy (preferably scientific regulatory consultancy) and hold certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.

You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, and Confluence. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Fluency in both Swedish (native level) and English is mandatory, along with a high level of professionalism, work ethic, and transparency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of independent problem identification and solution-oriented work, and excels in providing executive support and maintaining confidentiality.
