Skills and Experience
You come with a lot of experience in cloud-based endpoint mgmt. practices & tools and have solid experience in using this to improve the digital work life. We are looking for someone with deeper technical experience in:
You can apply a system thinking when you design solutions and you are well familiar with Microsoft good practices. You have used DevOps principles in your teams before or are open to learn together with us. You know how to balance user experience with security and can help your teams towards the right level.
Your role at Aurobay
As Tech Lead you work together with the engineers in your team, but also within the tech lead community. Our tech leads are community builders who can and wants to contribute outside their teams, to make Aurobay better. They apply system- & scientific thinking and can see beyond the interest of their own team. You can, together with your team transform architectural- & technical principles into solutions. You understand the importance of keeping the environment evergreen and to encourage relentless automation. You are used to working close to security teams to balance and incorporate security & compliance into our solutions. With a data driven approach you measure the quality & usage of your services to identify areas for improvement, drive adoption within the organization.
