Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Application Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Develop new control strategies for future engine concepts.
• Implement solutions in the ECU for production.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in hardware design and calibration/optimization globally.
• Participate in all project phases from Advanced Engineering to Industrialization to Maintenance/Quality Fixes.
• Implement control functionality primarily using Matlab/Simulink/TargetLink.
• Work in small teams using agile methods in a global environment, requiring effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive complex system aspects forward in cooperation with team colleagues and colleagues in other teams/sites.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Mechatronics or a related field with a strong understanding of control theory, model design, and embedded software.
• Several years of experience in designing and implementing control strategies in embedded control systems.
• Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink/TargetLink for implementation.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, essential for working in an agile, global environment.
• Ability to solve complex system issues and drive projects forward in cooperation with colleagues.
