We are seeking for a leader who wants to: contribute to a positive atmosphere, good structure and of course take on the responsibility for the team and their deliveries. If you want to develop yourself and the newly created technical application team to be the obvious point of contact for technical queries and product implementation – you are what we are searching for! You will be a part of the design organization at High Voltage Breakers in Ludvika.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of 8 employees, with various roles and responsibilities. The team are working with product implementation and technical support.
  • You’ll drive the team performance to ensure that deliverables are met on time according to our quality requirements.
  • You will ensure that your area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. By continuously support, motivate, train, and develop the team.

Your background

  • You have leadership potential and a drive to grow your leadership skills.
  • You have a strong technical interest with technical/engineering background.
  • We highly value your personally in this role. You are a structured, driven, humble, and communicative person.
  • You have an interest to motivate, and support people on the road of achieving success and goals.
  • Proficiency in English is a must and Swedish is preferred.
