We were founded in 2003, originating in the tech-hub city of Shenzhen, China. Our business activities have been based on innovation since the outset.

Since 2021 we have established an European headquarter in Eskilstuna, Sweden! Here we will have one of Europe’s most modern production plants that will be a major contributor in electrifying transportation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for establishing, improving, and operating the quality management system and related procedures (Based on ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, and customer’s requirements) to ensure we have a qualified quality management system.

· Responsible for maintaining and updating the quality management systems to ensure they remain effective and relevant.

· Responsible for conducting regular audits and leading all internal and external (Third party) audits, to ensure the quality management systems function effectively and pass the external audit.

· Responsible for developing and introducing advanced tools or systems for quality analysis or management to ensure continuous improvement.

· Responsible for maintaining the knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality.

· Responsible to collaborate with other departments to continuously improve processes and products.

· Responsible for providing training to relevant departments on quality management systems and processes.

Job mandate

· To ensure that the company's quality management system complies with ISO standards, IATF standards, and customer and industry standards.

· Authority to recommend changes in procedures or processes.

· Authority to conduct training on quality-related topics.

· Authority to implement and maintain the Quality Management System.

· Authority to make decisions on quality-related issues within their defined scope of responsibility.

Job competence requirements

· Education level: Bachelor’s degree and above.

· Required experience: Proven experience of qualified quality work or experience in the automatic industry area.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards for quality worldwide.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
