• Planning and Leadership: Develop and communicate project goals, lead cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of trust and openness.
• Agile Model Implementation: Ensure adherence to agile principles within a scaled agile framework like SAFe.
• Introduction of Services and Processes: Lead the implementation of new services for platforms and IT operations, overseeing the transition to new operational models.
• Change Management: Drive change efforts in people, culture, and processes, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, collaborating with internal and external parties.

• Leadership and Change Management Expertise: Extensive experience leading change initiatives in IT environments.
• Project Management Proficiency: Demonstrated success in managing technology projects, particularly with complex technical initiatives.
• Agile Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of agile principles, especially within scaled agile frameworks like SAFe, and familiarity with roles and responsibilities in such contexts.
• ITIL, DevOps, and Cloud Technology Skills: Deep knowledge of ITIL, DevOps practices, and modern cloud platform technologies.
• Experience in Agile Leadership: Proven track record of leading agile teams and initiatives within scaled agile frameworks.
• Cloud Migration Experience: Experience migrating applications to Azure or other cloud platforms.
