We offerA role where you as a Business Coordinator will provide administrative support and economic administration of our projects within Stena Teknik. In liaison with our Technical Director you will develop budget and forecast for the department, present regular follow-ups and ensure budget delivery. Provide financial analysis of project portfolio, offer guidance on financial planning, and introduce financial initiatives for the business. Additionally, you will support both internal and external audits.

Within this role, you will also take responsibility for the administration, structure and maintaining of our Business Management System, including document control, and archiving systems.

As a Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for Stena Teknik’s communication both internally and externally, providing communication materials business units and project managers, such as reports, presentations, newsletters etc. You will also maintain Stena Teknik’s communication channels.

We also offer the opportunity to support and drive internal projects connected to business development.

About you We believe that you are a people’s person and enjoy working in a team. In line with this, you have excellent communication skills. You have integrity and an ability to handle sensitive business information as well as you are efficient when it comes to time management.

We believe that you will have a better understanding for the work if you are interested and willing to learn about topics such as fuel consumption in the marine business, construction of vessels or new future fuels. Therefore, curiosity and a learning mindsetis key elements to enjoy this role.

You have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent job experience and in the beginning of your career. You have expertise in using modern technologies. We are part of an international group so being fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written, is a requirement.
