Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Art Buyer focusing on Women. As an Art Buyer at H&M Studios, you are a part of the core team in a customer group, contributing to the strategy and planning of production and creative execution. You are responsible for securing the best creative deal for the required production including sourcing and negotiation of top talent and best creatives in the industry, with the goal to build H&M Studios as a creative house.
Your day-to day responsibilities are casting and talent sourcing (Photographers, Hair & make up, etc.) for the shoots produced in the H&M Photo Studio, as well as managing budgets, estimates, invoices etc. The scope also involves sourcing and negotiation of/ with production companies and other external (and internal) parties for location shoots and any other (not predefined) production needs.

We are looking for an openminded and humble team player with a lot of ambition. You seek opportunities to learn and develop and you are used to working with tight deadlines in fast-paced environments. To be successful in this role we believe that you have great knowledge and a genuine interest in international and local casting (models and talents, photographers etc.) as well as excellent negotiations, communication, and organization skills.
