Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Manage large-scale on-site construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee the entire cycle of investment projects, encompassing brown or greenfield developments, technology integration, and project delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external engineering activities, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Facilitate effective communication and networking among diverse stakeholders.

• Implement project management models to drive successful project outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large on-site construction projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of investment project cycles, including technology integration and delivery.
• Methodical, results-oriented approach with a focus on structure and independence.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Capacity and interest to coordinate engineering work internally and externally.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proximity to Nyköping/Oxelösund preferred for on-site presence.
• Knowledge of relevant Swedish standards and regulations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction technology preferred.
• Experience in the metal fabrication industry is appreciated.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
