Espresso House Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our procurement and supply chain team. In this critical role, you will drive strategic procurement initiatives to secure the best prices and highest quality products for all Espresso House’s coffee shops across the Nordics and Germany. Your expertise in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the procurement lifecycle will be essential in ensuring our operational success and market competitiveness. What you will work with: • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. • Lead the procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. • Manage supplier relationships and mitigate risks. • Conduct market analysis and identify potential suppliers. • Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize supplier performance. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize procurement needs.   You bring the following skills and experiences: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; an advanced degree (Master's, MBA, etc.) is preferred. • 5-7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management. • Expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic procurement. • Proficiency in procurement software tools and Microsoft Office suite. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Full proficiency in English; fluency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) is highly desirable. • Proven track record of driving cost-saving initiatives. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive. • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.   We are happy to receive your application prior to June 7.
