We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with the right leadership style, where you thrive to create results and lead others by example. At Stoneridge we can offer a global context and a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. In this developing, yet challenging role, you will also develop processes creating an efficient and collaborative environment.
As Finance Manager you will be overall responsible for the profit and loss for our 5 factories within Stoneridge Electronics, which is our biggest division within Stoneridge Incorporate. The team also works as managers and has direct reporting employees, which is why your coaching leadership style will be of great value. Your main responsibility is to drive results, creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and regular overseeing of ways of working, making sure there is efficiency in the financial procedures. You will be collaborating closely together with your team, as well as different stakeholders at our production sites and within Stoneridge incorporate. Your colleagues are helpful with a proactive attitude where everyone is encouraged to take their own initiatives.

You will be located in our Stockholm office, reporting to our VP Finance, who is also located here.
