Role Summary:

The Service Delivery Intern will assist in organizing and delivering defined services to customers. This involves addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, answering questions, and communicating feedback with other departments or teams during customer interactions and service delivery.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and follow up on defined services provided to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and company policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Manage employment dormitory and transportation for outplaced employees.
  • Support in resolving dormitory issues.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and questions, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Refer unresolved issues and questions to supervisors when necessary.
  • Communicate customer issues and feedback with other departments or teams.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with good analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial knowledge.
  • Preferred: Intern experience in a global/international organization.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Swedish is a plus.
