We see increasing potential in strategic partnerships and are now excited to offer the position as Partner Manager, with the ambition to scale our commercial progress even further in both existing and new markets.

About the role

As Partner Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that contribute to revenue growth and enhance our ability to make a positive impact on businesses and organizations. Reporting directly to the Partnership Director, you will support the partnership strategy and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the partnership strategy realization to scale our capabilities in selling and implementing sustainability software across existing and new markets.

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships with key players.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction of partners and customers.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

Are you the one we're looking for?

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Preferably proven experience in building and managing commercial partnerships in a SaaS environment; experience from the DACH or Benelux regions is a plus

  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strategic relationships.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
