Your role will encompass both strategic and operational responsibilities, including:

• Empowering Managers: Provide expert support and guidance on managing short- and long-term sick leave, helping to create a supportive and proactive work environment.
• Health & Wellness Leadership: Conduct impactful workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in health and wellness across the organization.
• Navigating Difficult Conversations: Assist managers in handling sensitive discussions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties involved.
• Strategic Action Plans: Develop and implement effective return-to-work plans, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition for employees.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure our processes align with labour laws, fostering a legally compliant and fair workplace.
• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze sick leave data, driving continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Need:

• Experience: At least 5 years in HR, with a strong focus on managing sick leave and health-related issues.
• Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English, excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Background:People experience in a warehouse, production, or distribution environment is highly beneficial.
• Attributes: A structured, communicative, and team-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
