Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible of leading and coordinating various projects and initiatives within the organization, including but not limited to organizing events, managing travel logistics, recruitment, advertising, and maintaining relationships with alumni and partner organizations. Key responsibilities . Coordinate and manage projects from conception to completion. . Organize and oversee events, workshops, and other activities etc. . Handle recruitment of students to the course Mission One Eleven, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews. . Manage advertising and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and engagement. . Maintain regular communication with alumni, partner organizations, churches, and other stakeholders. . Develop and nurture partnerships with other organizations to enhance our impact and reach. . Manage travel arrangements for staff, volunteers, and participants as needed. . Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently. . Provide leadership and support to project teams to ensure goals are met effectively and efficiently. . Be able to follow-up and lead projects our projects outside of Sweden when opportunities occur. Qualifications . Completed the course "Mission One Eleven" or similar missions training school. . Proven experience in project management, preferably in a non-profit or similar setting. . Strong organizational and time management skills. . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. . Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. . Experience with recruitment processes and advertising is desirable. . English language, fluently in English in writing and speaking. . Passion for the organization's mission and values.
